• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  When the pre-ordering period ends, please allow up to three weeks for me to get the images printed, packed, and sent off. I'm just one person, and I have many, many things going on. Please be patient.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Why isn't (insert photo you like here) in the store?

  I choose photos that are both well-liked and that turn out well in printed form for my store. Some photos look nice onscreen but when printed, they are too grainy to sell. Others look nice printed but they either are repetitive, or have sold poorly in the past.

• Can you change or edit this photo so I like it more?

  Nope, all photos come as they are.

• Do your prints come signed?

  All prints come signed with just my signature by default. If you'd like it made out to a specific name, please state that in the "notes to seller" when you check out.
  I do not do personalized specific messages, or make prints out to pet names. If you ask for a specific message, I will not write it.

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

  If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact the store directly, either through the Contact page or through your Storenvy account settings page.
